Luggage
Our standard luggage capacity allows for one suitcase and piece of hand luggage per passenger. Additional luggage or equipment carriage will be considered at our discretion, subject to vehicle capacity and possible additional cost. Due to airport security and parking restrictions we are unable to search the airport for you for pick-up. Please meet the driver at the designated meeting place, which will be detailed in your booking confirmation and/or pre-journey communications.
.
We aim to ensure that timely communications between yourself and your driver minimise issues or confusion regarding delays and locating each other. PCDC will always monitor trackers for flight delays. Should you be delayed in the airport for any reason please call us or send a representative of your party to find your driver. We will wait for a minimum of one hour after a flight has landed, but reserve the right to leave after this, with no refund applicable, should reasonable communications or efforts to locate the driver not be made in good time.
PCDC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage if the online flight tracker does not correspond to real life events including, but not limited to, delays, change of destination airport, early arrival.
In the event of significant flight delay, that may impact on business operations beyond our reasonable built-in time buffers, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and provide a pro-rata refund for that booked journey. In the event of a flight cancellation, we also reserve the right to cancel your booking and provide a pro-rata refund for that booked journey. However, we will always endeavour to meet your subsequent journey requirements in the above-mentioned circumstances or advise on alternative solutions as appropriate. It may be necessary for you to travel on an alternative vehicle or extend your waiting time. We appreciate your understanding in such rare and unexpected circumstances.
Journeys
The company can accept no responsibility for any unforeseeable occurrences resulting in late arrival at your destination. PCDC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or consequential loss arising from delays or lateness caused by traffic conditions, route changes, breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and any arrival times provided are estimates only. Your Travel/Holiday insurance may cover such occurrences.
Additionally the company shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission on the part of the customer, or any clause, act or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including any industrial action or labour dispute, governmental regulations, legal restrictions, embargoes, fire, flood, Act of God, any consequence of riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, military or usurped power, confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or upon the order of or in the name of any Government or public local authority.
Requests for later pick-up times than we would normally recommend, if accepted by us, would be entirely at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any late arrival at an airport/other destination.
Pick-up points, drop-off points and the route taken are entirely at the drivers’ discretion although they will make every reasonable effort to comply with the details as booked.
If you require assistance getting to and from the terminal building from your drop-off point please contact the airport directly to arrange this.
Although your driver will make every effort to pick-up & drop-off at a safe place, the company cannot accept responsibility for any injuries incurred whilst boarding or alighting the vehicle.
Please remain seated whilst the vehicle is in motion. The company will not accept responsibility for any accidents occurring through non-compliance with this request. Seat belts are provided in our vehicles and should be used to maximise safety. Failing to do so may result in any claims for injury caused by a road traffic accident being invalidated.
Where child seats are either provided by the company or brought by the customer, they are used at the sole discretion of the adult passenger accompanying the child who must satisfy themselves that the child seats and fixing are adequate. No responsibility can be accepted by the company for their use.
The vehicle must be kept clean at all times and customers are responsible for any damage they cause. We reserve the right to charge for vehicle repairs or cleaning if necessary.
There is no smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol or non-prescription drugs allowed in our vehicles.
Drivers should not be harassed in any way or for any reason. Passengers causing a nuisance or bombarding the driver with complaints for any reason, such as to distract them are liable to be asked to remove themselves from the vehicle. Causing unnecessary stress for the driver is not in the interest of passenger safety. In the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint please contact PCDC after your journey is completed. We reserve the right to terminate any service only if our drivers are at risk or a passenger is behaving aggressively or causing a disturbance.
The driver is in complete charge of the vehicle. Should they consider that the safety of the passengers or vehicle could be compromised they are at liberty to take any action that they determine appropriate.

Customers may cancel their booking at any time, but there will be a charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If a customer wishes to cancel a booking more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be given. If the minimum notice is not given then the company also reserves the right to charge for any charges incurred including, but not limited to, parking charges, waiting time charges, drop-off charges etc.
